So you want to discover just what great experiences look like – and perhaps what they don’t? Gather your team and joins us as we embark on one of our Meaningful Experience Tours – a two-day exploration of today’s Experience Economy. We pick an experience-rich city, such as Chicago, Las Vegas, or New York, and then select a tailored mix of various retail venues and destinations based on our client’s industry and issues. (The number of tour stops can vary, but we are always biased in the direction of maximizing the number of stops, provided client participants have the stamina to keep up!)
On Day One, we conduct a facilitated tour of these venues where participants encounter firsthand the triumphs and failures of staging experiences, and are guided to observe and extract underlying principles that they can apply to their own business.
On Day Two, we debrief the lessons learned from Day One. We use a number of different facilitation techniques to structure this time. The aim is to richly extract insights gleaned from Day One, and to understand how to apply them to your company. We're not looking for best practices -- but for best principles that can drive your company to new thinking, ideas, and new revenue-generating offerings for your customers.
Our Meaningful Experiences Tour is a great way to kick-start your idea process, for inspiring a team to new thinking, and to viscerally understand the power of experiences by taking the concepts off the page and making them real. Join us as we go on safari!
